My Character Character Name: Xeato
Class and Level: Male Blood Elf Paladin, 80.
Professions: Low Enchanting and skinning ( Replacing with Jewel crafting, so far I have had to put my money into other things, and when I was levelling up, I didn't really level them up, I sort of forgot about them) I also have 395 cooking, which I am getting to 450 soon, for Fish feasts for everyone, which as always is a good buff for everyone.
Armory Profile:
http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Talnivarr&cn=Xeato ( If that doesn't work, look me up on the armory, I'm the only one with my name)
Other Characters (80+): I have mainly concentrated on my main character so I have no other 80's but I have a 74 Dk (Xil) and a 48 Hunter (Lórd)
Previous Guilds (Talnivarr): Homesick Aliens, Frayed ends of sanity, My pony is dead now.
Why did you leave last Guild?: Homesick: I didn't really like the guild master, he got stressed alot, and the progress was bad too, they kept wiping on prof, an easy fight. Frayed ends of Sanity: it was only around for 2 weeks. But the progress was good, got to sindragosa in the first week. but it disbanded. My pony is dead now: I only joined because it has a few of my friends in, it's not really for serious raiding.
Is this you’re account and you have worked this char to lvl 80 and collected the gear it has? Of course, I have enjoyed every step of the way.
Previous MMORPGs: Runescape (I was only little) Rose online evolution.
Talents: Holy is my Main spec. and Protection is my offspec. My prot gear isn't so great, but I'm trying to build it up. and with my Holy spec, I went into the retribution tree, for some extra crit, and a little more mana efficieny with Holy shock. To save people when they need it. And mana effiecieny is what I need.
Playing my Class: As a paladin obviously I specialise in Tank healing, so I try to build as big of a mana pool as possible for holy lights (big heals
) But I also try to heal the raid with Flash of lights when the tanks are topped off.
Why I chose some of my Gear: Although my libram is only level 200, it's the best one I have found for me, as it allows alot more Holy lights. I also know my ToC 5 normal trinket is only 200 too, but it comes in very handy with keeping my mana up, as it delievers some every so often on spellcasts. Without it I have noticed my mana pool going downhill quicker.
About MeHow old am I?: I'm 14. Now this may put you right off me, but I can say I am mature and sensible, and I'm not going to go and cry and whine whenever something happens. (Please don't let this make your whole descision).
Nationality: British, so the english will be good.
Raid Experience: I only have raid experience in Wotlk, as I only turned up half way through it. So in TBC I've only got Achievment runs, doing them at level 80.

VoA25: Cleared
Obsidian Sanctum 10: Cleared ( Also cleared with 3 drakes still up )
Obsidian Sanctum 25: Cleared ( Also cleared with 3 drakes still up )
ToC10: Cleared
ToC25: Cleared
Some Naxx and Ulduar, but only for weekly raids.
ICC 10: 7/12 (Homesick never got that far) (Frayed ends of sanity on got another 2 tries on council and sindragosa before it disbanded, and I've never been able to pug any further) I know all tactics for the bosses in ICC though, but havn't actually experienced LK or Blood Queen.
ICC 25: 5/12 (None of the guilds did 25 mans, lots of pugs got Ninja'd at Deathbringer for Marks. And then of course, the groups that failed... *Fun* )
I know my raiding experience isn't much, but I can assure you I learn quickly, and will only make a mistake once. And with every wipe, you learn, right?
Do you have Ventrilo v3.x?: Yup
Do you have a microphone to go along with that? It's a bit faulty, I still need a new one.
Would you be able to spend an entire evening just trying and learning an encounter? Also would you be willing to join a raid late even if it was to 11/12? Yup, I need the shield from Sindragosa anyway ( as you can see, I have been unlucky with shield drops:( )
If we are close to getting a boss down would you be willing to stay past the set raid time end of 23:30? Depends. but 85% of the time I would.
Will you turn up to every wednesday and thursday raid? Indeed, unless something very important happened, or something terribly drastic.
Why do you Play WoW: I decided to start to play WoW, about a year ago, when I was introduced to it by my friend, since then I have fallen in love with the whole little world, and my little character. Working to get everything up, and working towards each goal I set myself. And since then, I'm now loving the whole raiding experience, working on every boss. Working out how to do it. The mental part of it, working out how I can do the best job I can on each boss. It's all very exiting.
Some other questionsDo you have any other open applications with any other guilds at this time? Technicly yes. I do have one application to BEx, but I havn't had a reply in Months, so I pretty much assume, thats off the table.
Why do you want to join Ransom? Because I want to progress further in ICC and other raids. And I've seen you guys have got good progress, and gennerally want to have a good time with you all
People in Ransom that you know? Nobody, unfortunatly.
RL interests, hobbies, work, girl/boyfriend, school etc: I'm young so I obviously still have school. I enjoy doing Kyaking, Skiing (only on holiday
) and Waterskiing (only in the summer for that, I don't like freezing my ass of
) I also have a girlfriend. But I see her at school in the weekdays anyway, so I will only see her at the weekends (and not every weekend).
Why should we consider recruiting you? (Sell yourself... This is an important question): Because I can help you, and you can help me. We can work together along the road to victory
I won't give up, even if it's the thousand'th time on the same fight. And I have learned alot on my way through WoW, how to keep everyone healed up, what to use in every situation, there won't be alot I'm not prepared for (without wanting to sound big headed of course) I will listen to everyone clearly, and try to put in as much as I take out. I'm also up for a challenge, and work every step of the way.
Any questions are welcome, I will be sure to answer them as best I can.
Thanks for this chance
Xeato.
